Go elsewhere if you want your home sold. This lot provide really, really poor service. Obvious as soon as you make contact that they're not interested in selling your property. Only want a quick sale and put the pressure on to sell low. If you don't accept the 'professional opinion', your property becomes dead to them. In comparison to other agents, Nanango Real Estate sales agents are bottom of the class. No interest in keeping in touch after listing property and no one is ever available to speak to. Extremely unfriendly, rude and unhelpful considering their pay packet comes from the client they treat with disdain. Will never use them again. But I will remember them.The property referred to is in my wife's previous name. I accompanied her to the agency and witnessed first hand the treatment she received. On one occasion, we spoke with the auctioneer as no one else was available. On enquiring as to why we had not heard from them in 9 months, was abruptly told that they don't have time to update every client. Then she, the rude auctioneer ,scoffed at the price on it and asked how we come up with that figure. Told her we'd had it valued . She guffawed and asked who the valuer was. When we replied the one she put us on to, she finally shut up. We left fuming at her attitude. 18mths later, we requested a auction quote. Still waiting! Luckily we had the house listed elsewhere and it was sold by an agent outside the area.
Despite the fact we sometimes deal with difficult landlords and tenants we still manage to retain our sense of humour.
As the landlord our experience was terrible. The tenants interests are always in their interests even though they are supposedly working for the landlord.
