Our agent Mandy was helpful from start to finish. Honest and practical. We arrived with a long list and narrowed it down before leaving the office. We were shown several properties and advised before each inspection of the pros and cons of the property/location/issues etc. happy days ahead
This real estate is completely unprofessional & shouldnt be in business.The property managers are more interested in selling a house than telling the truth about the real issues with a property. Thank god for building & pest inspections. Make sure you use your own building & pest & DO NOT tell them who you are using & dont use their recommend ones & dont let them convince you otherwise.Do not pay the deposit for a house until the inspections are done first, even if you have signed a contract, stall it until the build & pest is done. Otherwise put down deposit pending building & pest in your contract. They blatantly lie to your face when they know there are issues with a house. They tell you they know nothing about the property, yet its been rented though them for many years! Theres a folder from the tenets with requests to be fixed in your office!!Due to the building & pest inspection report & solicitor fees, it has been a complete waste of over $1,000 over issues that this agent already knew about & failed to disclose & also lied about these issues on the contract itself.Then you dont even hear from them (contract signed, building & pest done)... We are still waiting! I guess you got caught out with the inspections so you all just hide in your office till it goes away & you try find a sucker.Contract over.At least other real estates have been honest about the real behind the scenes issues with houses.No wonder you are a one star real estate & you dont even deserve that one star.
